1st Visit Appointments: A credit card is required to complete the initial booking and hold your spot. All information is securely stored and will not be charged without your knowledge.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY: A minimum 24 hrs notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Changes to your appointment can be made by logging into your online account or by phone/text 289-338-0237. If it is within the 24 hr window - you will not be able to cancel online.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice are subject to pay 50% of the booked appointment fee and a NO SHOW will be subject to the full 100% of the booked appointment. Future appointments will be denied until payment is made. Thank you for your understanding!
